Early Careers Advisor (Blend of development & recruitment)
Global Law Firm
Hybrid working- 3 days in the office

I am currently partnering with a Global Law firm to find someone to join their lovely Early Careers team, where you will report into an Assistant Manager and you will support the apprentice scheme and the trainees’ training contracts, balancing the needs of the business and the trainees’ and apprentices’ professional development.
This is a really fab opportunity to work across L&D, generalist HR and talent attraction to further develop your career!
This includes opportunities to spend a seat in one of our international offices or with one of our clients.
You will also support the Graduate Recruitment team with the assessment and recruitment of trainee solicitors, solicitor apprentices and vacation scheme students for the UK.
Responsibilities:
Development:
Support the he seat planning process
Support the design, co-ordination and delivery of bespoke learning and development programmes
Support induction presentations
With the trainee qualification process
Supporting with organising and attending events for the current and future trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices
HR
Support ER or general HR matters pertaining to cohort
Work with the Mobility team on all things pertaining to VISA's
Support the administrative processes relating to compensation, employee life cycle eg joiners and leavers
general administration including tracking appraisals and training records
Recruitment Selection and Assessment:
Moderation meetings for selection process
Support with the recruitment of the campus ambassador programme
University visits
What are they looking for?
Previous law firm experience is desirable
Commercial in approach
Proven track record of taking responsibility
Work collaboratively and take direction
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in written and oral communication
