Working as an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you will be expected to deliver engaging lessons to match the school’s teaching and learning strategies, work alongside support staff to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met, provide feedback to pupils in line with the school’s policy, communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents and set clear expectations for behaviour and learning in the classroom.
We can offer you a variety of work in various schools, teaching across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2); giving you valuable teaching experience. We can even help to find you a school to support your ECT induction.
