Early Career Teacher

Now Education are currently actively recruiting for Early Career Teachers to join our partner Primary, Secondary and SEND schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

Over the years, Now Education have successfully worked with Early Career Teachers/ Newly Qualified Teachers to help secure them either permanent or long term opportunities within local schools which help to forge the first step in their careers.
We have partner schools looking to speak to Teachers who are seeking either part time and full time teaching roles for the next academic year.

If you are not entirely sure what route you want to take with your career, then your personal recruitment consultant will work with you to establish the best plan for you. Whether this is a full time permanent post, a long term contract through the agency or even the option of day to day supply to try and work out which schools you enjoy working in before committing.

We are looking for passionate teachers that want to make a difference to our students lives and create a fantastic and engaging environment for students to learn and progress.
