Aspire People are in partnership with variety of friendly primary and secondary schools across Manchester that will be taking on Early Careers Teachers for full time and part time teaching roles. The successful candidate must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, creative, strong behaviour management and presence in the classroom. They must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environment that supply offers.
We work with a wide range of schools ranging from mainstream, SEN, academies and independent schools.
A successful candidate will need:
* Qualified Primary Teacher (UK QTS)
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* A commitment to ensuring children make a great start to their education
* Ability to provide high quality teaching and learning in a nurturing setting
Your responsibilities will involve creating engaging lesson plans, leading one-on-one activities, and adhering to school policies on behaviour management.
All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.
We also offer a referral bonus of up to �250 for recommendations of candidates suitable for any of the roles we are recruiting for.
