We are looking for a EAL Lead who can play an integral role in the day to day running and maintenance of the EAL framework. You will support EAL pupils as they transition to St Aldhelm’s and then monitor and track their progress. The role will suit a highly organised person, committed to ensuring every student fulfils their potential.You will be providing a comprehensive learning support service and ensuring students achieve their full potential. You will work within a classroom setting supporting the learning of our students or will be supporting our Inclusion interventions.Enthusiasm, passion and a good sense of humour is essential as is a high level of resilience and personal commitment. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent Maths and English skills – equivalent to GCSE grade C or above.
