We have just picked up a remarkable opportunity for an experienced EA to support the CFO of a huge global organisation with fantastic exposure. A household name known for its cutting edge technology and reach in the luxury sector. Their remit is extraordinary. This is a fast-paced role within a professional yet dynamic environment and the ability to stretch and grown your skills. The ideal candidate will be experienced, able to remain calm under pressure and balance a busy schedule and travel itinerary, they will also have experience working within a global organisation. This is a really exciting role with a lot of scope to grow with the principle as they go from strength to strength alongside you!
Manage and maintain a complex diary and schedule, always thinking 10 steps ahead
Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including private jet coordination
Provide comprehensive administrative support
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
Ad hoc
Projects and the ability to project manage
Internal and External Stakeholder management
Understanding of investor rounds
Event management
Board support
