Reports to: E-Commerce Trading Manager
Location: Hybrid with Wednesday and Thursday in Central London Office

Headquartered in central London and now working in a hybrid remote + office structure (currently Weds/Thurs at our office in the heart of Camden Town, 5 mins from Camden Town tube), we are continuing to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of further like-minded, bright and ambitious people.
Job Purpose
As the E-Commerce Trading Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the E-Commerce Trading Manager and the wider E-Commerce team, with a specific focus on email marketing and affiliate marketing. Reporting to the E-Commerce Trading Manager, your primary responsibilities will include executing strategies and initiatives to optimise the trading performance of the company's branded E-Commerce channel,
Liforme.com.
A key part of your role will be to enhance our digital marketing strategies through targeted email marketing campaigns and automated flows. Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo, is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate marketing program to maximise channel sales.
Your efforts will contribute to driving traffic, improving website conversion rates, and fostering customer engagement and retention. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the growth and success of our E-Commerce operations, which are central to our fast-growing, DTC-focused business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the E-Commerce Trading Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Email Marketing, Affiliates, Paid Search, Paid Social and Display Advertising.
Assist in the creation, deployment, and management of email newsletters, including campaign planning, content creation, segmentation, testing, and analysis to drive engagement and sales.
Help maintain and develop relationships with key affiliate partners.
Help maintain up-to-date market and competitor knowledge to identify and suggest new opportunities for business growth.
Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of trading performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Collaborate with our Brand Engagement (organic marketing) team to ensure effective campaign execution around sales events, product launches, and key brand initiatives.
Participate in the suggestion and execution of A/B testing across marketing channels, website pages and conversion funnels to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Support the maintenance of the data collection strategy for the website and CRM, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the E-Commerce team and contribute to the company's digital marketing and sales goals.

Essential:
· Previous experience in an E-Commerce or digital marketing role.
· Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advantageous:
· Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, particularly in email marketing and affiliate marketing
· An interest in fitness, wellness and/or Yoga
· Experience working in the health and fitness and/or yoga industry
· Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing ecommerce business
