The STYRKR Company is a leading innovator in the wellness and sports nutrition manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing the highest quality products that fuel athletes and fitness enthusiasts worldwide. Our dedicated team of A-players are based just outside of Gatwick in West Sussex. Over the last few years, we’ve been building the STYRKR brand, D2C and B2B models in order to fulfil our vision of global domination. As of now products from our own brands and our growing client base are sold and distributed across the UK, USA, EU as well as Asia and South America.
Due to a recent surge in growth, we’ve been making changes to our long-term strategy in order to drive efficient expansion of our Operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's online sales and presence. This role requires an analytical mindset, a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, and a passion for driving growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of marketing knowledge, strategic thinking, leadership skills and commercial acumen to navigate the complexities of the wellness, fitness and sports nutrition online landscape.
We are looking for a commercially driven, data-driven, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record of delivering marketing initiatives on time, making demonstrable improvements and managing staff to achieve KPIs. You’ll be using powerful analytical and reporting tools to ensure every decision you make is data-driven with forecastable results. Alongside this, you will be required to live and breathe our core values.
Main Accountabilities:
E-commerce Strategy Development:
Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth.
Identify and evaluate new e-commerce opportunities and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Website Management:
Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement website updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze website analytics, sales metrics, and customer data to optimize marketing strategies.
Inventory and Product Management:
Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure accurate product listings, availability, and pricing.
Work closely with product teams to launch new products and promotions effectively.
Customer Experience:
Implement best practices for customer service, order fulfillment, and returns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Success in 12 months:
Revenue Growth: Achieve a significant increase in online sales revenue compared to the previous year, meeting or exceeding set targets.
Traffic Growth: Drive a substantial increase in website traffic through effective digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and customer acquisition efforts.
Conversion Rate Improvement: Enhance the website's conversion rate by optimizing the user experience, improving product listings, and implementing effective promotional strategies.
Customer Acquisition: Acquire a targeted number of new customers through various online channels, such as organic search, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
Average Order Value (AOV): Increase the average order value by promoting upselling and cross-selling strategies, as well as offering bundles or promotions to encourage larger purchases.
Customer Retention: Improve customer retention rates by implementing effective customer loyalty programs, personalized marketing campaigns, and exceptional customer service.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstock situations, improving inventory turnover and profitability.
Success in 24 months:
Brand Awareness: Enhance the company's online presence and brand awareness through engaging content, social media engagement, and positive customer reviews.
Customer Satisfaction: Improve overall customer satisfaction scores through timely order fulfillment, responsive customer support, and seamless online shopping experiences.
Team Performance: Foster a high-performing e-commerce team by providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities, resulting in increased productivity and job satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline e-commerce operations and processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.
Innovation and Adaptability: Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, demonstrating adaptability and innovation in response to market changes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and supply chain, to achieve company goals and drive synergies across departments.

Have a strong commercial acumen
Experience & skills:
Proven experience within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
Proven experience in community management, event planning, or related roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging audiences.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Proficiency in using event management software, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Passion for building communities, fostering connections, and creating memorable experiences.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for event support and community engagement activities.
Willingness to travel for off-site events, conferences, or networking opportunities.
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software is a plus.
