The Role
Play a pivotal role in driving our e-commerce strategy, ensuring a seamless and innovative online shopping experience for our customers. As the backbone of our online presence, you will be responsible for managing our websites, ensuring brand consistency, launching new products, and keeping ahead of industry trends to propose forward-thinking ideas. Your efforts will directly influence our brand’s digital footprint, sales growth, and customer engagement.
Objective
Make all Snag websites look amazing. Consistent, no mistakes and the best customer journey to maximise conversion.
Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce platform, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless user experience.Maintain the aesthetic and functional aspects of our websites, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.Driving sales and retention through the Snag website by ensuring complete consistent, accurate content, information, and tone of voice.Spearheaded the launch of new products online, coordinating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a successful roll-out.Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement, optimizing performance to enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.Responsible for the trading performance of Snag’s B2C websites globally, including customer journey, optimisation and reporting.Work closely with the content and marketing teams to maintain the onsite taxonomy, categorisation, content, and navigation of the Snag B2C website and marketplace.
