E-Commerce Executive - Up to £30k - Nottingham
We are looking for a talented E-Commerce Executive to join the teamKey Responsibilities:Work closely with the Marketing Team to support with all marketing activities on the E-commerce platform.Manage day-to-day activities across multiple websites.Update the website banners, homepage and build landing pages.Generate monthly promotion plans, creating and testing promotion codes with the Finance team to guarantee they work correctly.Liaise with Ads Agencies about Google Ads and Campaigns.Prepare products for listing online, ensuring a high level of accuracy.Merchandising of products and categories.Take ownership of our product review system and post purchase customer engagement communications to drive increased levels of product reviews.Track marketing initiatives, promotional performance and traffic using Google analytics.Monitoring of websites to report any bugs or issues.Testing of website when implementing new lines, promotions and new features.Weekly sales and supply reports.Main point of contact with our operational team at the third-party warehouse for order queries.Ensure warehouse have sufficient stock of packaging for sending out e-com orders.Schedule emails and generate subject lines in Klaviyo to send out to Newsletter Subscribers.Analytics of email performance using Klaviyo.Tracking Google ads and e-com spend against budget.Required Skills:Great communication skillsKnowledge of e-commerce or digital marketingHigh level of accuracyOrganisedSelf-motivatedConfident working with online systems (Previous experience with Magento/Shopify and/or Klaviyo desirable but not essential).Experience & confidence writing entry level copy for product descriptions etc.Confident working with internal and external teams.If you are looking for a new challenge, hit the apply button!Contact Details:Lavandi Talent – 0161 399 1200 - #####
