About Our Client My client is a founder-led beauty brand, based in London.
Job DescriptionAct as the main point of contact for the DTC global site and marketplacesWork closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure the DTC and marketplaces align with brand/marketing strategy and achieve revenue targetsResponsible for the day-to-day running and maintenance of the DTC site, including all site content & implementation of promotionHelp identify new opportunities to support business growth and drive sales Work with agency partner to provide updates on content for website and marketplace The Successful ApplicantExperience in managing DTC and online marketplaces within the retail industry.Demonstrable knowledge and expertise of working on and with ShopifyStrong knowledge of e-commerce trends and technologies.Proven ability to drive online sales and improve customer experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
