Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

Lawrence Harvey are currently working with a leading Charity who are currently on the lookout for a Dynamics CRM Technical Lead for the next 6-months (initially)
Dynamics CRM Technical Lead - Responsibilities:
Provide expertise on CRM Software functionality, data management and IT Business processes
Ensure all assigned immediate development work, upgrades, and support requests are dealt with to agreed levels of service and customer satisfaction
Ensuring the non-functional requirements are delivered and supporting the delivery of functional requirements
Supporting and assisting with other staff within the IT Applications team and across the IT department.
Dynamics CRM Technical Lead - Requirements:
Strong Knowledge and recent experience in Dynamics 365 implementations as a technical leadSr
Experience in product ownership/leading CRM projects
Previous experience in stakeholder management
Good knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures and implementing and delivering IT services
