We deliver the world's most complete, accurate and up-to-date databases of vehicle prices and specifications, and industry news including incentives information, sales and registrations data.We are searching for Dynamics 365 Trainer & Community Lead to join our CRM team!As Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer & Community Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving adoption, proficiency, and engagement across our global sales, marketing, and customer service teams within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You will be responsible for analysing training needs, developing comprehensive training programs, creating educational assets, delivering training and nurturing a thriving super-user community to ensure the ongoing success and evolution of our Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Analyse Dynamics 365 training needs in sales, marketing, customer service and data operations.- Design comprehensive training programs taking in to account the global nature of the business.- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and assets.- Conduct engaging training sessions for all levels, in-person and virtually, focusing on Dynamics 365.- Provide ongoing coaching, analysing and addressing Dynamics 365 skill gaps.- Review and deliver new starter onboarding CRM training requirements.- Establish and nurture a vibrant Dynamics 365 super-user community.- Provide ongoing support and recognition to Dynamics 365 super-users.- Organize regular meetups, forums, and workshops for the super-user community.- Track and analyse CRM training proficiency, and effectiveness.- Optimize training programs and resources based on user and super-user feedback.- Implement best practices for Dynamics 365 utilization and ROI.- Collaborate with the CRM team to identify opportunities for enhancing usage.- Review new capabilities, spot gaps, and propose innovative ideas for optimizing Dynamics 365 utilisation.- Act as a liaison between end-users and the Head of CRM & administrators to ensure Dynamics 365 meets evolving business needs.Key Requirements- Proven experience in CRM training, preferably within a global organization, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Proficiency and demonstrable experience in creating a diverse set of training assets.- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing super-user communities within organizations, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.- Relevant certifications in CRM and training & development.- Exceptional training skills, including communication, presentation, and facilitation, with a proven ability to effectively train diverse audiences across the range of Dynamics 365 capabilities.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying CRM training needs and tailoring programs to address them.- Passionate about building a strong community with the ability to motivate super-users to help deliver exceptional outcomes.- Patient, empathic and flexible person who can improve training outcomes for a diverse set of users.- An attitude geared towards growth; always learning to make training better.- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Power Platform a bonusJATO Dynamics is a global business and our success is attributed to the diversity, skills and experiences of our colleagues across the world.
