The purpose of our new BU is to incubate and scale some of our propositions and services to accelerate and supercharge their growth, as well as providing us with a place to develop some of our new solutions for the future. br br We are currently made up of 3 key areas, PwC Sustainability, Enterprises Business Applications and Marketing & Media. br br Our Enterprises Business Applications (EBA) is a rapidly growing team offering a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change. The team specialises in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate complex and challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutions. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: br ul li Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team. br /li li Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations. br /li li Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels. br /li li Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. br /li li Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required. br /li li Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism. br /li li Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. br /li li Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. br /li li Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. br /li li Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. br /li /ul br br br b The role /b br ul li Lead the delivery of complex business transformation programmes, underpinned by Microsoft Dynamics 365, for UK-based mid sized organisations br /li li Deliver value for our clients through guiding and directing them to deliver technology change programmes br /li li Manage matrixed teams made up of people from PwC, our clients and other third parties, who will report into this role on a programme br /li li Own and ensure quality in all aspects of the programme delivery lifecycle, from business case through to adoption br /li li Effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders including executives br /li li Identify new business development opportunities for PwC br /li li This role will give the right candidate C-level exposure with clients, and will present opportunities for progression within PwC br /li /ul br br b The essentials /b br ul li Hands on experience in managing large (£5-10m +) programmes br /li li Understanding of and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or CE and Azure DevOps br /li li Ability to manage and communicate effectively up to C-level business stakeholders and down to technical and non-technical teams br /li li Client advisory experience where they have delivered on behalf of a consultancy br /li li Experience in managing all typical programme teams including the PMO, technical build teams, testing, training, business change and deployment br /li li Experience with delivery across multiple programme releases i.e. not limited to a single project within a programme br /li li A commercial focus so that they are able to convert commercial opportunities into budgeted projects br /li /ul
