Our client, a growing Microsoft partner, is expanding their Dynamics 365 consultancy team who focus on the implementation of their Dynamics 365 solutions.
This role is based from home, covering their client base primarily in the South East, and is focused on the implementation of CRM software from requirements definition through to user training.
Due to the nature of their client base, a background providing solutions to the Public Sector or NfP / Charity / 3rd Sector would be particularly important.
The role involves:
Analysis of a client’s business and identifying value-adds for the new CRM
Assisting in planning the implementation
Configuration of Dynamics 365
Dealing with integration issues
Data migration planning and execution
Post implementation training and support
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong Dynamics CRM experience (ideal candidates will have knowledge of Business Central (BC) solutions)
Be comfortable with data migration tools (e.g. Scribe)
Have been involved with 3+ Dynamics implementations of a significant size (60+ days)
Be able to customise CRM forms, views, workflows, etc
Have strong communication skills
Some level of coding / scripting experience would be ideal as would previous experience working in a Microsoft Gold Partner environment.
