IntroductionThe successful candidate will provide business analysis expertise. You will support the development of our analysis and project office capabilities.You will support the development of new commercial service opportunities and work with clients undertaking business transformation and improving the operation of their assets. Clients include major organisations in defence, natural resources, and national infrastructure.Hybrid working: 2 days on site per week plus additional travel to client sites.Active security clearance essential.Key responsibilitiesFacilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning and sprint reviews.Ensure the development teams are following Agile development processes.Remove any roadblocks that may be hindering the development team's progress.Track and report on team progress, velocity, and burn-down.Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Create user stories and acceptance criteria for development team to implement.Work with the development teams to ensure that software features meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders.Manage expectations of stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.Communicate project status, risks and issues.Identify and resolve conflicts and issues related to software development and business requirements.Skills & experienceExperience with software development lifecycle, including requirements, testing and deployment.String analytical and problem solving skills.Translate technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders to a team of data analysts.Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum product Owner.Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Our client is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.RECOMMEND A FRIEND: If you have professional friends/colleagues who would be interested in one of our roles and our excellent levels of service too, we'd like to recognise your recommendations with a 'thank you' of our own.
