The Blakeney Hotel is a four star, 64 bedroom, privately owned Hotel located in an unrivaled position on the Quay in Blakeney. With the breath-taking views from the restaurant, bar & lounges, the Hotel is popular with both visitors to the beautiful North Norfolk coast and locals alike.
We have an exciting & rewarding opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join our professional & friendly management team, or this could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has hotel supervisory experience and is looking to make the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities: Day to day management of the hotel and staff
Assisting in all departments as and when necessary and supporting the Head of Department
Ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered
Handling any guest issues and queries quickly in a discreet and professional manner.
Handling and reporting any staff issues
Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
Training & monitoring staff performance

Candidates must have:
A friendly, professional, outgoing nature & a positive attitude
Previous hospitality experience in a quality establishment, minimum one years experience
An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Great organisational & communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and staff management skills
An ability to motivate & direct staff with enthusiasm & professionalism
A willingness to work evenings/weekends and have overnight stays on the premises on a rota basis
