Duty Manager - Busy 4* Hotel - Windsor

Our client is recruiting a Duty Manager for their busy 4* hotel in Windsor. The business is all about offering great service to their customers in the local area and tourists. They are looking for a confident and personable Manager with good all round Bar & Restaurant skills. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis. Knowledge of taking room bookings and checking guests in is an advantadge.

The Role

Managing Duty Shifts
Supporting the General Manager
Working behind in all departments including Food & Beverage
Training and developing junior staff
Driving sales and achieving targets
The Person
Outgoing friendly and professional
Good knowledge of food and wine
Already working as a manager or supervisor in a hotel
Good knowledge of room bookings
Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £27000 plus service
