The ideal Duty Manager has:
The Duty Manager responsibilities include supporting the General Manager with service, greeting and serving customers, and managing the restaurant.

You will be responsible for managing a section within the restaurant, ensuring that guests enjoy an excellent dining experience.
Managing the Front of House team

Multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties.
A passion for food and drink.
You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
IMPORTANT
Ensuring you and the team maintain our high standards of food & environmental hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
Maintaining our daily high standards with great consistency whilst enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
