Job Description
Frasers Group is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Duty Manager to play a crucial role in our dynamic hospitality team, you will be instrumental in delivering great customer service, team motivation, adhering to the highest levels of cleanliness and promoting the company values.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
Personally deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure quality standards are met consistently by team members
Assist teams across all departments to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service
Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and promote safe working practices
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong organisational andteam leadership skills
Effective communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders & external suppliers
A proactiveandadaptable approach to a dynamic work environment
