Duty Manager

Daniel Owen are currently looking for a Station Duty Manager to be based at King's Cross station.

In this role you will oversee the management of all aspects of the team and station cleaning contracts within your locations. You will be responsible for the performance of your direct reports on the contract, ensuring supervisors and cleaning operatives are completing their duties to the highest possible standards and meeting all contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and deliver high standards of H&S, service quality, time management and cost control
• Ensure all targets set by both the regional operations manager and the client on service delivery as well as operational performance of direct reports are met
• Sharing strategy for set goals and best practice with fellow duty managers and key stakeholders to develop working relationships
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide and effective service for your team, travellers and the client
• You will lead by example and take responsibility for the overseeing of the daily operation for your region, monitoring efficiency and supporting a positive and successful work environment
