Duty Manager - Activity Farm

Our client runs a multi-outlet / multi-disciplined, family orientated, day visitor attraction based in rural South Hertfordshire.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Duty Manager to join their established venue management team, to be responsible for the daily running of the farm park, managing both staff and customer operations to ensure the delivery of an excellent all round guest experience, and a happy working environment for their staff.
Potential candidates for the role of Duty Manager must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background to their current role of Duty Manager, gained in high volume, multi-outlet and fully commercial, retail or leisure led venues. This must be coupled with a real passion for customer service and 'guest experience'.
This is a hands-on Duty Management role, responsible for a team of customer service staff handling all aspects of the day to day running of the entire venue
The Duty Manager will work on a 5/7 day rota, from 9am to 6pm, which will include working one day during most weekends.
