Duty Manager (2 days)

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Visitor Experience Team as a Duty Manager on a part-time basis, covering 2 shifts per week until the contract end date on 27 October 2024.
Responsible for the daily operations of our gallery spaces this is a hands-on role working across the organisation to deliver an excellent visitor experience. Working closely with the Visitor Experience Manager you will lead our team of Gallery Hosts and Ticket Officers in all aspects of their day-to-day duties.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience of:
Leading and motivating a team
Working in a customer-facing environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Working on your own initiative as a member of cross-functional team.
