The Fisher Investments Luxembourg (FIL) Operations Team supports Client Services, Sales and other internal groups by delivering analysis, and actionable solutions to operational hurdles, which ensure FIL business objectives are achieved.The Opportunity:The Dutch Operations Analyst at Fisher Investments UK provides expert knowledge and support to FIL Sales and Service teams serving the Dutch markets. This newly created role is dedicated to ensuring success in pre- and post-boarding activities, while directly impacting funding goals. In this position, your primary aim is to ensure efficient and effective execution of prospective client and client onboarding, while developing and managing ad hoc projects that improve processes. You will serve as a key liaison between Global Custody Management (GCM), custodians and Sales/Service teams, providing quality control review and real-time analysis of complex cases. You will also be the “voice” of support, speaking directly with prospective and existing clients when needed. You will be reporting to the Head of Service and Operations.The Day-to-Day:Serve as the Dutch onboarding “knowledge expert”, ensuring compliance and oversight of each caseAnalyse KYC information for completeness, risk assessment and accuracyCommunicate with our client service, sales and relationship management teams, ensuring quality control of information prior to submissionIdentify potential onboarding issues in real-time and develop innovative solutionsDevelop and maintain a direct relationship, in collaboration with GCM with custodian and Compliance teams to ensure constant alignment in combination with GCMBe a resource and support in client communication on specific casesManage projects, reporting and updates on progress.Your Qualifications:Read, write, and speak Dutch and English proficientlyHave at least 2 years of relevant experienceCan demonstrate well developed critical thinking, qualitative and/or quantitative skillsHave the ability to assess and analyse problems, developing innovative solutionsManage complexity and coordinate across several departments under strict timelinesStructure and prioritise your workload well, while managing time across various tasks and have good attention to detailPossess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceWhy Fisher Investments Europe: The global Fisher organisation distinguishes itself by putting clients first, providing unmatched service, and taking a personalised approach to investing.
