We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.Your Role endota spa is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Manager / In Spa Trainer to lead and inspire our team of therapists. This role will work alongside the Spa Manager in the day to day management of the therapist team, operational performance and ongoing training and development.This position is a full time opportunity, weekend availability a must, however this role will be on a rotating roster with every second weekend off. Your days will include a combination of client services, delivering training sessions and leadership management.Your Skills & ExperienceAs an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.Minimum 2 years beauty experienceYou hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experienceA Cert IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous)You are interested in further personal and professional development You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standardsYou have availability to work weekendsYou have previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapistsYou will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophyYou are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focusYou are highly organised and exhibit great time management skillsBeyond a business, endota is a place of belonging.
