Job DescriptionJob descriptionMPAAS are looking to recruit experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter engineers to work on behalf of some of the largest energy suppliers in the UK.We are recruiting in the following postcodes: SW, SE, HA, W, KTIf you are an experienced Smart Meter Engineer who is looking for anew opportunity, please read on to see what is on offer here at MPAAS.Regarding the below, if you take into consideration your salary of £41,000 (This includes your £4,000 London Weighting Payment), the Health & Safety Bonus of £500 per quarter and Attendance Bonus of £300 per month, you will be earning up to £46,600 prior to earning any completion rate/meter fitting bonus or optional Saturday working.The full breakdown of the package on offer here at MPAAS is as follows:Basic Salary: £41,000 (This includes your £4,000 London Weighting Payment)Attendance Bonus: £300 per monthHealth & Safety Bonus: £2,000 - This will be paid £500 per quarter.Daily/Monthly Meter Fit/Completion Rate Bonus: Depending on the individual contract you are working on, you will have an opportunity to earn a meter fitting or completion rate bonus.Optional Saturday Working (Contract Dependant): £60 per single/£110 per dualOptional On-Call (Contract Dependant)Working Hours: Monday-Friday 42.5 hours per week 8am-5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays. Plus1 Incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leaveHoliday Buy & Sell Scheme: You will be offered the option to either buy up to 5 extra days annual leave (buy 4 get 1 free!), or sell a portion of your untaken annual holiday entitlement that is over the Statutory minimum of 20 days.Private Medical Care: You will have the option to opt-in to a Private Health Care Scheme with VitalityLife Assurance Cover: 2x annual salaryPension: Standard Pension of 5% employee, 3% employerWhat we require from you:At least 6 months experience as a qualified Dual Fuel Smart Meter EngineerManual driving licence with no more than 6 pointsClean DBS check with no unspent convictionsHappy to travel to Haydock, Merseyside to complete your induction.
