One of the UK’s favourite new brands, TRIP has already created eye-catching partnerships with household names, including a nationwide campaign with the Calm app, and has had campaigns recognised as the most innovative in the UK.Our DTC Brand Manager will be a crucial part of improving the way we grow the brand and introduce TRIP to new customers around the world through a great brand and incredible marketing. This role will build and utilise consumer insights, create best-in-class organic and paid creative, work across influencer initiatives, implement brand partnerships and more.
You will gain a deep understanding of different marketing channels and be crucial in driving TRIPs success across DTC and retail. You will also shape the way we develop the brand by testing new channels, building new creative strategies and learn from some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.The RoleBrand management Create and manage the annual brand calendar, mapping out key commercial, cultural and brand moments and align cross functionally. Ideate and execute brand campaigns and tactical moments.Optimise D2C Constantly working to drive acquisition through optimisation of creative across paid and organic channels. Using insights and cultural trends to keep creative relevant and resonant to TRIPs target audience.Optimise landing pages and website content to drive conversionsCollaborate with Growth to continually improve D2C performance and commercial growthConsumer Insight Utilising TRIP’s consumer data to provide brand strategy insights to the Brand, Sales and Growth team to ensure we can serve our community bestBrand Guardian Grow and protect the TRIP brand, ensuring consistency and relevancyCreative & Content strategy Constantly working to drive acquisition through optimisation of creative across paid and organic channels. Using insights and cultural trends to keep creative relevant and resonant to TRIPs target audience.Brand Partnerships TRIP has worked with some amazing partners in 2022, including Calm, Papier, Patch Plants, Rixo, Free People and Bumble - this role will be crucial in supporting the implementation of new and existing partnerships that surprise our community and continue to elevate our brand while driving impactful awareness and ROICommunications strategy Shape how TRIP appears to our community, engaging in public discourse and creating new talking points to ensure TRIP is always relevant, through events, surveys, activations etc.About you
3+ years’ experience in brand management, with experience in a D2C brand a bonus. You have an excellent understanding of brand communications and wider media culture to back up your recommendations and decisions Hands on experience of generating, optimising and building creative specifically designed to scale across paid digital channels with the ultimate goal of new customer acquisition.

You’re able to solve problems creatively and are solution oriented in a tough situation You’re comfortable working at pace and are able to keep momentum on multiple tasks concurrently. You understand when to shift focus in line with team priorities. You communicate clearly and kindly, which helps you to build excellent relationships and get the best out of those around you You proactively share best practises from other industries that the team can learn from and be inspired by
