With a commitment to excellence and a focus on teamwork, we are seeking a Site Manager with a strong drylining trade background to join their growing team.Position Type:Self employed freelance, with the opportunity for permanent placementSalary:£240 per dayLocation:Central LondonOverview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager with expertise in drylining to oversee and manage construction projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of drylining techniques, materials, and processes, coupled with excellent leadership and organizational skills.Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standardsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project executionConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on siteProvide leadership and guidance to site staff, motivating teams to achieve project objectives efficientlyPrepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgetsProactively resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction processLiaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and maintain strong relationships Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on drylining projectsTrade background in dryliningSMSTSFirst AidValid CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications are desirable.
