Dropship Buyer

Dropship Buyer Up to 50,000 South West London (Hybrid) A well-known international retailer is looking to appoint an experienced Dropship Buyer to upscale and roll out the ecommerce dropship program. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality vendors, streamline the supplier onboarding process and nurture new vendor partnerships, to ensure they achieve the exciting online growth plans. This is a hugely integral role; supporting the strong Trade team using your knowledge and expertise to advise and guide vendors on dropship processes and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
Grow the base of dropship vendors suing your market knowledge & research. Reviewing and streamlining the vendor onboarding process ensuring the vendor experience is seamless and efficient. Continuously reviewing and negotiating terms with vendors to ensure these are competitive with the market. Arranging and training required for Vendors or internal departments. POC for all escalated Vendor queries and support required. Strive to continuously improve by simplifying processes and streamlining operations to maximise team efficiencies.
Key requirements for the role
Prior work experience within a retail Head office within dropship / vendor management Ability to maintain a cool head in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. An ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously. Keen commercial eye with ability to identify high-quality products and reliable vendors. Comfortable working with Data / KPIs and performance metrics. Excellent attention to detail with a strong commercial focus. Excellent communication skills - comfortable liaising and negotiating with a range of audiences and tailoring approach accordingly.
