Driver's Mate

Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced individual to join our Inverness based client as a Driver's Mate.

Please note - A DBS is mandatory for this Driver's Mate role.

What's on offer? Along with immediate starts for the right candidates; you will also benefit from a full paid induction and training, placing you in the best position for this job.

• Schedule: Shifts starting at 7:30am, and working until the route has been completed
• Pay Rates: £11.50 p/h Monday to Friday, and £12.00 p/h at the weekend

Working as a Driver's Mate, you will deliver the best products to customers and transform their lives with technology that makes life easier. From delivering and installing washing machines, to fridge freezers or the latest 3D TV, everything you do will be with the aim of enhancing the customer's experience.

As such, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Lifting heavy items and completing a multi-drop driving role
• Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time
• Installing a range of different products for customers
• Delivering an excellent customer service

To be successful within this Driver's Mate position you will have a valid DBS background check. Along with, the ability to handle heavy stock, and a passion for delivering great customer service - access to your own transport is preferred however public transport links are available.
