Who are you?
As a Driver Partner Experience Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with Driver Partners, providing a high-quality service to all Driver Partners operating with us throughout the region.
Experience wise you will:
Have strong IT skills and will be happy to embrace new systems
Possess strong written & verbal communication skills
Go above and beyond for the Driver Partners
Adaptable with good initiative to support a range of queries from Driver Partners
Responsibilities.
You will focus on the Driver Partners operating under the Veezu brand. Based in Leeds, you will be the focal point of contact for Driver Partners taking care of the administrative tasks related to the set-up, general assistance and disengagement of Driver Partners, always complying with local authority licensing requirements and interacting with the Veezu Services Team via the Driver Partner Portal, as necessary.
