The Role:

Thorn Baker has teamed up with a company who over the past 25 years have gained a reputation for creating the highest quality bespoke constructions in and around the Cotswolds. They produce various types of bespoke joinery, such as kitchens, windows, doors, bookcases, and other non-standard items, in both contemporary and traditional styles. We are looking for a draughtsperson to join their dedicated team of experienced joiners and wood machinists. 

About you:

• Bench Joinery experience - minimum of 4 years
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to keep and maintain good quality records and follow procedures
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude to problem-solving
