An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Draughtsman to join an established team working on a range of projects, including Commercial, Educational, Retail, and Warehouse builds worth up to £5 million. The ideal candidate will possess AutoCAD and Revit based experience and have experience within Roofing and Cladding.
Responsibilities:
• Design and detail cladding, roofing and building envelope solutions, including the ability to take projects from cradle to grave
• Cross check specification of products to quotation in line with client requirements, inclusive of colours/finishes, fire properties and thermal balance.
• Liaise with site staff, supervisors, installation operatives, etc, in respect of any design related issues or required amendments and amend as required.
• Download and upload information, and documents through portal sites, and update relevant project documents when notified.
• Issue drawings, gutter and fixing calculations and crane plans.
