Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to students of various ages and abilities
Create and implement an inclusive curriculum that inspires students' creativity
Develop and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
Assess and provide constructive feedback to students on their performance
Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement drama productions
Support and guide students in theatrical performances and rehearsals
Monitor and track student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and guardians
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Previous experience teaching drama to primary or secondary students
In-depth knowledge of drama teaching methodologies and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively engage and motivate students
Creative and innovative approach to drama education
Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and supportive team environment
