I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, domiciliary care franchise, who are looking for a Registered Manager for their well-established, office in Chingford, Greater London.

The Company:
Deliver bespoke homecare nationally
Franchise setup
Over 30% of their 80 offices are rated “Outstanding” with CQC
Chingford branch established in 2015
Rated 9.9/10 on (url removed)
Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
The role:
Aiming to achieve “Outstanding”
Innovative ideas to continue to grow the branch
Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Ensure clients are having the best experience possible
Required competencies:
Previous domiciliary care experience is highly desirable
Some form of management experience
Good knowledge of CQC regulations
Involved in CQC inspections
People management skills
Knowledge of East London area – desirable
Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willing to work towards
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
