Use Ctrl (Command on Mac) to Select Multiple Stephen James Consulting are looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a developing Domiciliary Care provider, based in Sheffield.The Registered Manager will be joining a developing Domiciliary Care business, their sole focus is to deliver high-quality care, providing a flexible but personalised care service to their clients, allowing people to live with self-respect and independence in the well-being of their own homes.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently manage the day to day running of the care branch.Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home-care to customers.Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.Regular reviews of the service and operational functions in the context of business growth and service development making along with recommendations for succession planning.Tobeconsidered forthiskeyroleofRegistered Manageryouwillneed:Ideally you will have at least 2 years’managerial or leadership experience within a domiciliary care or supported living setting.Have a real passionate for delivering high quality care along with knowing what “Good care looks like”You will have first class communication, relationship building skills.Ideally you will have been the NI - Nominated Individual in the past, or be prepared to hold NI status.Ability to prioritise effectively and excellent planning and organising skills.Hold a clean driving licence – Essential.Proven business and commercial acumen.This is an exciting time to join a developing care provider.
