Domestic Gas Engineer

(preferably with NIC/EIC registration but not essential)
We are a family run property development and management company based in North London. We own and mange over 240 properties across London.
We are looking for a qualified gas engineer to manage our portfolio and carry out gas servicing and maintenance activities for our own properties across the London Areas.
You will need to have experience in producing landlord certificates.
You will be responsible for going round the properties, producing reports and carrying out works to make sure everything is safe and in compliance.
Carry out routine servicing of boilers and appliances.
Boiler breakdown repair.
Install new boilers as required.
Carry out other plumbing related duties.
Ideally we would like someone who is NIC/EIC registered to handle the electrical duties alongside the Gas works, but this is not essential.
We have experienced personnel who can assist you in fault finding and troubleshooting. We are looking for some one to be self driven who can manage their own workload.
