Coleman James Recruitment are working with our client in search of a Document Controller to work on a full time, permanent basis.
This role has progression and internal development available, working for a business who offer oppurtunity to progress and grow within the company.�
- Establish and maintain computer and paper-based document filing systems.
- Review and distribute documents in line with agreed departmental procedures.
- Maintain accurate computer and paper-based records, logging distributed documents.
- Process responses to documents issued.
- Chase responses to documents issued where required.
- Remain up to date with all company policies and procedures, industry legislation and guidance applicable to your subject field.
Experience required for this Document Controller role:
- Excellent organisational skills
- IT Literate on all microsoft packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- All Levels are welcome as training can be provided for the right candidate.�
- Any experience�of Sage & Projectwise is beneficial but not essential.�
