Position Overview:
As a Document Controller for the Health and Safety team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating health and safety documentation for our projects. Your meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure that our construction sites maintain the highest standards of safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all health and safety documentation for construction projects.
Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain an organised electronic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary documentation.
Track revisions, updates, and approvals of health and safety documents.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to health and safety compliance.
Support the Health and Safety team in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and documentation.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
