Remote worker will need to visit the office on occasion when projects or Customers require.This Document Composition Specialist role will suit part-time or full-time profiles.The successful Document Composition Specialist will cover the following main duties and tasks:Opentext Exstream and other Document Composition systems - analysis, design, development and implementation of new and existing document solutionsSetup and maintenance of system test date, test release process and proceduresSetup and maintenance of new customers to use tools – access, approval workflows etcSetup and maintenance of DR processes with other subsidiaries relating to document composition.Design and maintenance of housekeeping solutions.Provide pre-sales support for Sales teams including presentations, demos and Proof of Concept materialLiaise with internal and external CPMs and technical staffProduce pricing estimations and SOWs for customer-based changesRequired skills/knowledge:Extremely competent in Opentext Exstream and Document Composition systems and solutionsDocumentation Composition knowledge and solution delivery experience:Post-sort ProcessingSection DataDynamic File ImportTables (complex)Statement/document buildingGood analytical skillsGood knowledge of data processing systemsBroad knowledge of IT SystemsExperience in system testing and release processesPrince 2 methodology or equivalentPlease get in touch ASAP for further details on this vacancy!
