I am working closely with my North-West-based LPA client as they look for an interim DM Planning Officer on a 12-month contract.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team to help clear backlog and new applications at householder and minor applications level. A positive attitude, combined with good experience in the same role are vital - slotting in and hitting the ground running is a must.
 
The role is remote-based, with site visits once per week/fortnight. The LPA value office presence and the opportunity to meet in person on occasion but this is not compulsory, nor expected consistently.
