Salary: Circa £90,000 (negotiable based on current package) + Car Allowance + KPI Bonus
Location: Nationwide (covering sites from Lancaster to East Sussex)

About my client
I am currently working with a forward-thinking organisation committed to providing high-quality education and support to students in specialist and alternative provision schools. Their mission is to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that enables every student to achieve their full potential.
The Role
As the Divisional Director of Education, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic, quality and operational management of the four specialist provision school sites, located from Lancaster down to East Sussex. You will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining a balance of quality and commercial and high standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- To oversee the operational management of all schools within your division, supporting them and keeping the Chief Executive Officer and wider Group Executive team appraised of what is going on and seek support, guidance and advice as required.
Financial Management - You will have responsibility for ensuring that the Division achieves its budget each year and will be involved in the setting of the budget with the finance and executive teams.
Service Development
- Working with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Business Development Team Identify areas for growth; pre-empting and responding to both internal and external initiatives to enhance growth and maximise potential.
Quality
- Ensure that there is a robust plan in place, to embedded that the highest quality of education is provided to the individuals we support and is not only maintained but improved upon across all the locations. This may be known as different things dependent on your division.
Your Package:
Competitive Salary of Circa £90,000, Car allowance and KPI bonus (negotiable based on current package)
