Acting as a trusted advisor to team members at all levels regarding DEI.Deliver inclusion training and development sessions and programmes across the group and commission expert training as required. Develop reciprocal mentoring and allyship schemes. Lead and train best practice in Equality Impact Assessments.Produce accurate reports and presentations and be accountable for up-to-date tracking and planning of annual objectives and analysis of diversity metrics to identify areas for improvement and monitoring of progress towards inclusion goals.Collaborate with the People Culture and Communications team and other departments to integrate DEI principles into hiring practices, people journeys and company policies and collaborate with PR and Communications to ensure our initiatives are aligned with our external and internal messages.Act as the programme management lead and advisor for DEI, ensuring the best practice tools and methodologies are utilised to ensure smooth running and delivery of projects and programmes whilst championing organisational change.Establish our DEI committee, partnering with colleagues across the business to understand their needs and using feedback to influence DEI priorities.Lead and execute our Race Equality Action Plan to improve the representation, progression, and success of Black and Minority Ethnic colleagues within the organisation.What we need from you - Proven track record in supporting the development and implementation of DEI programmes of activityDegree educated in relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)Project Management Qualification is desirableEvidence of continued personal and professional development in Diversity Equity and InclusionExperience of working in a trusted advisory capacity to leaders, and working with functions to coordinate and influence DEI changes and improvements.Strong track record in supporting change to DEI approaches and knowledge of best practiceData driven, with a demonstrable track record in using business and data analysis to drive DEI decisions and positive outcomesDemonstrable experience in managing full P&LComfortable and experienced in dealing with Senior Directors, including Group dialogue and presentationsAbout Commercial Services GroupCommercial Services Group (CSG) is the largest, local authority-owned trading company (LATCO) in the UK, generating over £800m in revenue per annum and providing services to over 16,000 education and public sector customers globally.Our Group is on a mission to be recognised as the global leader in education and public sector procurement and support services.
