Distribution Branch Manager

My client is a niche distribution arm of a market leading group involved in the air movement and heating industry. As the business continues to expand, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced and ambitious individual to this key role.
You will be responsible for all aspects of running the branch including staff management, sales support, operations and customer service. You will be expected to provide leadership to the current team, collaborating with internal sales and identify suitable market opportunities with current and new customers. Additionally, you will work with the Director responsible in all aspects of budgets, P&Ls and sales targets.
As an individual you will have prior experience of working within a branch environment, preferably within this or a related component or construction-based sector. You may already be at Manager level or alternatively be in a supervisory capacity and looking to progress. You will be a pro-active individual with excellent inter-personal and communication skills with strong integrity and a problem-solving attitude.
