At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.Job DescriptionTo be responsible for all Planning, administrative and customer liaison requirements for their assigned Project. Ensuring Total Mobile is always up to date and all data inputted is accurate to enable accurate reporting. To log all new jobs onto Total Mobile.Resident contact to arrange Validation Surveys and Post Inspection Surveys.Allocating relevant job codes to Site Managers for Validation and Post Inspection surveys.Responding to Client queries regarding access to properties.Generate letters to Residents at various points of the job workflow.Monitor shared inbox if applicable to ensure targeted levels on emails requiring action are met.Provide Admin support to the Disrepairs Team,Raise purchase orders as instructed.Attend Client meetings as requested.QualificationsRelevant Admin qualification or proven experienceExperience within a similar roleKnowledge and experience of Disrepairs WorkstreamStrong experience of working within a fast moving environment delivering a high quality and robust delivery serviceExperience of updating Total Mobile or other Works Management SystemExperience of working within a customer facing environmentProficient in the use of Total Mobile and Microsoft office applications (outlook; excel and word)Able to demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issuesAdditional InformationHow to Apply:If you are ready to be part of our expanding team and contribute to our success, apply today for immediate consideration.
