Disrepair Surveyor

I am looking for a Disrepair Surveyor to join a Housing Association in the West Midlands. The Disrepair Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out disrepair inspections and writing detailed reports for court appearances. This role does not involve attending court yourself.
Disrepair Surveyor duties:
Maintain proper records of visits and inspection findings
Conducting inspections and writing reports diagnosing defects of properties and their cause in line with section 11 and 82
Undertaking Scott Schedules
Diagnose issues and report to relevant job titles
Work closely with the legal team and admin team
Advise on construction defects
What is required for the role:
Experience carrying out detailed surveys on disrepair
Social housing experience
Experience writing up reports for court appearances
HNC or Equivalent
