Below is a brief overview of these programs (programs may vary by country or worker type):Health InsuranceDental InsuranceLife and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramRetirement PlanPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementHolman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director- Treasury/ UKPrimary Tasks:Responsible for treasury in a specific Holman market outside of the US, reporting into US Treasury with indirect reporting lines to local leadership (i.e. UK, Germany, Mexico)Understanding and collaboration with local financial team for the local daily cash/debt decision and related communication with lendersOversight and collaboration with local financial team of the local cash/liquidity forecasting and modeling processResponsible for the structuring, negotiation and execution of local funding facilitiesOversight of local financial risk management: interest rate, currencyOwnership of local treasury compliance and auditResponsible for local data management and analyticsOwnership and management of all local bank accounts, bank account administration, etc.Relationship development and management with both internal and external stakeholdersPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedRelevant Work Experience:10+ years' experience, including 5+ at a leadership level;Extensive knowledge and experience of funding products and structures ; demonstrated ability to learn and relate general knowledge of company business to third party lenders and capital marketsBanking, finance, legal or rating agency experience in secured lending or structured financeProject work in a collaborative team environmentEducation and/or Training:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceAdditional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plusProficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)#LI-BW1#LI- HybridHolman is a global automotive leader that serves both commercial and consumer clients The Holman Way by always doing the right thing for our people, our customers, and the community since 1924.
