This is a new role within the region which forms part of the Publicis Sapient Global IT Operations team. As the regional leader of production operation teams, you will build, drive and lead delivery teams for Publicis Sapient IT Operation Services offered to various clients from PS International regions.This opportunity is well suited to an individual who has demonstrated proven success in building and leading technology teams for technology services companies, with a focus on growing Digital Engineering Services. You will have extensive experience working in matrixed environments including interfacing with Industry and Regional delivery teams while also have experience in leading, solutioning and helping to deliver on large multi-year client service deals at Fortune level organisations. As a seasoned technology leader you will be passionate about working directly with a variety of large clients at CxO/ Head level on multi-year application and IT infrastructure management delivery. This includes decisions on IT Operations, cost assessment, macro and micro designing, tying business logic to outcomes, finalizing important technology and architecture decisions, identifying risks and suggesting mitigation strategies etc.As a Director within Publicis Sapient, you will also support business development and proposal work, developing client relationships at all levels and deliver compelling presentations to C-level internal and client stakeholders. You also will provide leadership and technical direction for multidisciplinary, cross regional and cultural teams and embrace Publicis Sapient core values: Your ImpactMaintain overall responsibility for customer satisfaction through the delivery of managed IT servicesParticipate with the Senior IT Executive and other IT Leadership in the formulation and execution of IT strategy and directionEngage and consult with senior leaders to align with strategic business goals and technical initiativesConduct regular status and business review meetings for each client to understand short- and long-term business goalsCreate, present and implement annual technology roadmaps, budgets, and reports for multiple clientsCommunicate potential risks related to compliance, cyber-security, network security, and industry-specific complianceIdentify new opportunities to use technology to streamline business processesOversee internal support and engineering resources to ensure successful delivery of services to clientsEducate clients on current technology trends relevant to their specific industryProvide technical guidance, counsel, and direction for all individuals on the team, as needed, to resolve technical issuesEnsure customer focus and satisfaction among the internal team.
