Looking for Director Sales -UK
As a part of growth plan and expansion strategy, Onward Technologies Ltd is looking for a director of sales for UK & Netherland market based in London & Amsterdam. As a Sales Director, the incumbent would be responsible for developing new business and generating revenue in targeted market and industry.

Desired Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering plus management education preferably from premier institute
Experience
Min 10 – 12 years (Engineering Services / IT Services sales) Industrial & off highway industry Last 5 years in UK
Location London
Reports to Executive Vice President
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a sales team
- Generate revenue for engineering services business
- Build relations with key executives in existing accounts
- Develop new accounts and relationships in given territory
- Spend maximum time on field and with clients
- Respond to large RFQs, create proposals, presentations
- Drive business in line with Go to Market strategy – for example selling offshore dedicated business or local business
- Negotiate and manage expectation with client

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship skill
- Prior experience in Selling to OEMs is a must in Industrial & off highway industry exp
- Desire to succeed in challenging environment
- Able to travel extensively and on short notice
- Able to manage expectations of different stakeholders
- Ability to deliver growth as individual and as a team
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment with Global Mindset

Pay: £49,501.53-£136,668.79 per year
