Proficient in IT along with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including senior executives.In this role, your ability to think on your feet and provide solutions will be paramount. A keen eye for detail and the capacity to work autonomously are essential, as is the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will be instrumental in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in director relations.Responsibilities Will Include Build and nurture relationships with valued customers Handle escalated complaints addressed to directors Provide customer-centric solutions to complex problems and disputes Maintain a solutions-oriented mindset Possess profound product and service knowledge Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously Prioritise tasks efficiently Collaborate with colleagues for consistent service delivery and continuous improvement.
